Setting up the point with the return, Redirecting balls,
Groundstrokes, Dinks, Volleys, Overheads, Warmups + Stretching/Strengthening
Various Serves and Returns, Squeezing the Court,
Shot Selection by reading the court, height of ball and opponents’ positions,
Creating consistency in your drop/soft game and dinks, Using angles,
Cutting down on unforced errors, Hit hard or soft?, Swing volleys,
Using the Lob offensively and/or defensively, Mental Imagery
