1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to World Team Pickleball ("WTP," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by World Team Pickleball.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. PLAYER REGISTRATION & ELIGIBILITY

To participate in WTP events and services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Meet minimum skill requirements as determined by WTP

WTP reserves the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

3. LEAGUE PARTICIPATION

Participation in WTP events, combines, and league play is subject to:

• Payment of applicable fees and registration costs
• Compliance with WTP rules, regulations, and code of conduct
• Availability and acceptance into events (not guaranteed)
• Physical fitness and health requirements
• Agreement to media rights and publicity terms

4. FEES AND PAYMENTS

WTP may charge fees for various services including but not limited to:

• Combine registration and participation fees
• Event tickets and merchandise
• Premium membership or services

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Refund policies for specific events will be clearly communicated during registration.

5. CODE OF CONDUCT

All participants must adhere to WTP's code of conduct, which includes:

• Respectful behavior toward all participants, staff, and officials
• Fair play and sportsmanship at all times
• Compliance with anti-doping and substance abuse policies
• No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct
• Respect for WTP property and venues

Violations may result in suspension, expulsion, or legal action.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WTP and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

By participating in WTP events, you grant WTP the right to use your name, likeness, and performance for promotional and commercial purposes.

7. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

Participation in WTP events involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and assume these risks and agree to hold WTP harmless from any injuries or damages.

WTP provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
