• Setting up the point with the return, Redirecting balls,

• Groundstrokes, Dinks, Volleys, Overheads, Warmups + Stretching/Strengthening

• Various Serves and Returns, Squeezing the Court,

• Shot Selection by reading the court, height of ball and opponents’ positions,

• Creating consistency in your drop/soft game and dinks, Using angles,

• Cutting down on unforced errors, Hit hard or soft?, Swing volleys,

• Using the Lob offensively and/or defensively, Mental Imagery
